Unveiling L'Accelerator at the L'Oréal Europe Zone event

Conference Europe

On June 23 and 24, L'Oréal’s Europe zone brought together over 140 external stakeholders – including media, public representatives, retailers, and NGOs – for an unprecedented event themed "Leading with Partners for Sustainable Impact in Europe.” This event not only reaffirmed L'Oréal's leadership in sustainability and showcased the advancements of the “L'Oréal for the Future” program, but also served as the strategic platform for the official international opening of L'Accelerator's call for applications.

Designed as an immersive and educational exhibition, this gathering was structured around the four strategic pillars of the “L’Oréal for the Future” program: Steward the Climate Transition, Safeguard Nature, Drive Circularity, and Support Communities. Guests had the opportunity to meet and engage in rich exchanges with over 55 Group experts, who served as insightful guides throughout this exploration. These exchanges explored the urgent need for accelerated innovation and cross-sector collaboration to achieve the Group’s ambitious sustainability goals.

The program for these two days was punctuated by strategic exchange moments, culminating in a powerful affirmation of collaborative leadership. Nicolas Hieronimus, L’Oréal Groupe CEO inaugurated the event, highlighting the imperative of collaboration in the Group's sustainable development approach. Dynamic and interactive panels brought together Executive Committee members, L'Oréal experts, and a diverse range of external partners. These sessions not only highlighted L'Oréal's comprehensive sustainability strategy but also demonstrated the collaborative model that L'Accelerator is specifically designed to foster and amplify.
