L'AcceleratOR is part of something bigger. Since 2020, L'Oréal for the Future has been driving transformation across four key pillars: stewarding the climate transition, safeguarding nature, driving circularity and supporting communities.
As part of this broader sustainability roadmap, by 2030 L'Oréal aims to achieve several key targets, including sourcing 50% of all product packaging materials either from recycled or biobased sources, sourcing more than 75% of formula ingredients from nature or recycled materials, and cutting virgin plastic use by 50%.

Through this program, you'll work with CISL's innovation team, drawing on a network of more than 40,000 senior leaders and sustainability experts. Over up to 12 months, you'll refine your proposition, connect with the right people and prepare your solution to scale within the L'Oréal ecosystem.
